Tell Aswad is a large Prehistoric and Neolithic tell in modern Syria. It is located about 30 kilometers southeast of Damascus. The most important finds at the site are flint tools and arrowheads, in addition to other finds such as grinding equipment (attached photo), stone and clay containers, and decorations made of various materials.
