The Virtual Museum of Damascus has posted a photograph of the front panel of a sarcophagus discovered in ar-Rastan and transferred to the National Museum of Damascus early in 2025. The Virtual Museum cited Gatier as a reference and posted one photograph of the sarcophagus' front panel with a detailed description, including a translation of the Greek inscription on the tabula ansata. Browsing the net, I succeeded in locating a photo of an almost identical piece currently on display in the garden of the National Museum. Comparing lids, receptacles, and decoration, I concluded that the attached photo features the back panel of the same sarcophagus.
