An Ancient Mirror with a Wooden Frame II

The wooden frame is all that is left of this mirror. The glass must have covered the central circle as well as the four peripheral ones. The visible hole was likely pierced to fix the mirror onto the wall or some piece of furniture.

Provenance: Ṣaydnāyā
Diameter: 12 - 12.5 cm.
Era: Roman.
Collection of the National Museum of Damascus
