This statuette represents a young woman gently striking a cylindrical drum with both hands. Her face is framed with thick, curvy hair descending in plaits onto her shoulders. She is clad in a long-sleeved tunic forming numerous folds, the radiation of which emphasizes her breasts. The drum appears hanging on her left flank.
Provenance: as-Salamīyyā ( discovered 1949).
