Yarḥāy Tomb: Southern Excedra

 


A stairway leads to a hall at the end of which the wall of the southern exedra of the tomb chamber has been placed. Its decoration consists of two large niches. Seen under these niches are reliefs representing the deceased, dressed in a Parthian style, at a banquet with his family. 


Era: second century CE.
