An Ancient Drop Earring (VII)

 


This gold earring features, from top to bottom, the following components:

  • A hoop.

  • An inverted crescent displaying a fenestrated design of interlaced patterns with its center occupied by a pear-shaped gemstone.

  • Five identical chains, each of which ends with a small grenade with a tiny terminal coil.
