This goblet was hidden in a pot under the floor of an old church in ar-RuṢāfā. The excavation yielded additional vessels of religious use. The rim of the bowl features a band with a Syriac inscription interrupted in the middle with a circle with an image of Christ. The inside of the bowl is ornamented with the image of the Virgin surrounded by the archangels Gabriel and Michael and embracing Jesus.
